Texas MCE and SAE Guidelines

In the state of Texas renewing your Real Estate License under MCE (Mandatory Continuing Education) or SAE (Salesperson Annual Education) guidelines is dependent upon when you first applied to became licensed. Each requires the satisfactory completion of related courses for a minimum number of classroom hours for each renewal period. The convenience distance learning offers, whether internet based, home study with text books or a combination, has made it the choice of most licensed real estate professionals. Busy schedules leave little time for programs conducted in classroom settings.
